We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and QA, ensuring that product requirements are well-documented and customer needs are effectively translated into high-quality solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving the product development process, from ideation through deployment, while also supporting customer onboarding and ongoing product support.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements using suitable techniques.
• Drive discussions with the product team on customer problems and brainstorm solutions.
• Document the requirements in detail in the form of:
  • Product requirement documents
  • User stories
  • Technical documentation
• Collaborate with the development and QA team on new feature development, tracking bugs and fixes, and scheduling rollouts and deployments.
• Validate bugs, analyze the impact, and prioritize bugs accordingly.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for new features.
• Participate in and support the following product development processes:
  • Product requirement documents
  • Epics, Features & User Stories
  • Technical Documentation
• Participate in customer onboarding and customer support.
